Excellent food and attentive service in a typical mountain setting.

I'll start with the service, because it was incredibly fast and efficient despite all the tables being full, both inside and out on the veranda. The food is delicious; the location isn't scenic, but it's very well-kept and relaxing, with lots of greenery and trees all around. We didn't try the rooms, but the dumplings were, and they were worth it! We returned in December for the Siror markets, and dined here, confirming and even exceeding our first impression: they opened for dinner even with our reservation, they prepared everything perfectly, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizers featuring many of their own cured meats to the "smoked bones," which I'd never tried before and were an explosion of flavor.

An opportunity not to be missed, with kind and friendly staff. The cuisine is traditional and truly delicious. See you soon.

We went for dinner, just what I was looking for, a place with local food. The mushroom lasagna was very good, the mushrooms were amazing, and I'd say the dumplings were delicious too. It's a shame about the route to get there, which is a bit difficult to get to in the evening, and the return journey was a nightmare. It would be better to put up some signage. Highly recommended for everything else.

I've known this place for years, everything is excellent, authentic and tasty, yesterday they had the ribs off the menu, super tender and tasty!! Quick service and impeccable!

The service was excellent, as were the dishes. The managers and staff were friendly and empathetic.

We came up to seek peace, relaxation, a bit of sun, and something to eat. We had already been guests at this agriturismo for lunch. I want to compliment you on the genuine hospitality we received. We had an aperitif, which they kindly brought outside where we had two comfortable lounge chairs. The lunch was truly excellent. Simple, but not overly simple dishes!!! Excellent raw ingredients, quick service, but that didn't stop the person serving us from being smiling and available to answer our questions. The mushrooms and cooked herbs were excellent... the rabbit was truly delicious. Congratulations. I received all the quality of things done honestly and well. I highly recommend anyone who wants to enjoy a meal surrounded by nature, eating authentic, well-cooked food, to come up to this agriturismo, Le Vale. Ample parking available... P.S. Very fair prices. Thanks to the person who served us and did the bill (I think it was the owner).
