Incredible, an extraordinary pizza with an extraordinary crust and quality ingredients. A must-try are Fassona's burgers, and if you have room left, definitely try the freshly made tiramisu.

The service is a bit slow, and there are a few too many flies (something could be done), but the quality of the food makes up for it. The ingredients are top-quality, the pasta is homemade—in short, one of the best dinners in the Langhe. Special praise goes to the homemade ravioli with three cheeses and hazelnut cream, a truly successful and delicious dish. Not to be missed is the kindness with which they offered us a focaccia, also delicious, while we waited for our appetizer. A truly unique location. I would return 100 times over.
