We had lunch with three children. The menu is reasonably priced and the selection is good. The restaurant is large, but everything arrives quickly. The outdoor spaces are lovely. The lawn with the children's playground is very well-kept. Even walking among the horse paddocks is pleasant.

A lovely farmhouse near Nemi, very popular on holidays, with picnic options, horses, a restaurant, and a daily fruit and vegetable market.

I wanted to sincerely thank all the staff, from the restaurant, waiters, cooks,
to the information desk/administration, to the housekeeping staff, for welcoming me and my dog, attentively and with great availability and kindness, to my every request.
The room was very spacious and clean, with everything I needed.
The restaurant and bar were very large with excellent
food, generous portions, breakfast and lunch (the restaurant is closed in the evenings, but open on Saturdays).
The large outdoor spaces include a children's playground, farm animals, and long walks in the greenery.

They have the friendliest and most flexible staff!! That's my reason for the five stars.
The rooms seem a little aged, but they are clean and comfortable.
The location gives a quiet farm vibe (it is actually a farm). Although it's kind of far from Rome, it allows you to enjoy way cooler weather than the Eternal City. You need to either have a vehicle or a private bus/van.
Coach bus entrance and parking is possible, but it requires great driving skills. Many companies didn't dare to drive.
One treat is that it's very close to spectacular lake views. Also, there are several good restaurants around
