29/10/2024: I had the pleasure of being on business in this wonderful place in the heart of the Sila National Park, a stone's throw from the charming church of San Lorenzo and near Lake Cecita. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with old-fashioned courtesy and friendliness by the owner, Pietro, his wife and their children, really smart guys who run the family business very well. Their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel as if we were guests of old friends, giving us a pleasant feeling of home. I didn't want to leave anymore.
The cuisine is undoubtedly the highlight of this experience. Each dish tells the story of the territory: authentic flavors which, in a single taste, make you experience the essence of the Sila Park and Calabria. Tradition is respected in every recipe, but always with an innovative touch that does not distort, but rather enhances the typical dishes of the area. The restaurant's attention to avant-garde and comfort is evident, both from a gastronomic point of view and in tourist hospitality, with an eye to communication and the customer experience.
It is a perfect place for those who want to experience the area in an authentic way, savoring dishes that represent a real immersion in the flavors and atmospheres of Sila. Highly recommended for those looking for a unique experience, in the name of tradition, but also of human warmth and innovation.
I warn you, you won't be able to do without it anymore.
