This dinner was a real treat, delicious pizzas, perhaps the best ever. Tasty dough, original toppings, and reasonably priced. The service was correct but could be a bit friendlier; they were rather curt.

Well, honestly, we couldn't enjoy their cuisine because we hadn't booked (I didn't think you had to book for 4 pizzas on a Friday), they didn't seat us. The atmosphere was nice and simple, and it was cold, but perhaps because the reception staff were busy.

Das Essen war wirklich köstlich, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und die Toiletten sauber. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Probiert unbedingt den Ziegenfrischkäse! Absolute Empfehlung. ☺️

excellent restaurant/pizzeria. Well furnished environment, in typical mountain style. Excellent pizzas tasted by the guys in the group while I ate a fillet with green pepper, soft enough on potato rosti and grilled vegetables. To finish, excellent warm chocolate cake.

Ottimo ristorante,in tre giorni di vacanza a nova ponente ci siamo andati 2 volte.. La signora proprietaria gentilissima ha subito conquistato il Nostro Pietro che e’stato felice di cenare insieme alla scatolina delle macchinine!Tutto buono ma la pizza ancora di più..Complimenti!Ci torneremo sicuramente

20/08/2025: An extraordinary hotel set within historic walls, with meticulous attention to detail. Each room is unique, the corridors winding, and the ambiance exquisitely antique. The dining experience is excellent, both in the à la carte restaurant and in the fine dining area, La Lumosa.

Normalmente evito usar mi tiempo para escribir reseñas, sin embargo, el esfuerzo que Elisabeth ha puesto en la propiedad para crear un ambiente reflexivo merece reconocimiento. Tuvimos una experiencia absolutamente excepcional en Ansitz Steinbock y volveríamos otra vez. Múltiples espacios invitan a la conversación o la contemplación. Mis favoritos fueron nuestro balcón; la sala de estar con vistas fabulosas, hermosos muebles y café expreso recién hecho en la cocina contigua; y el área del patio con asientos sumamente cómodos y vistas tremendas. Me complace recomendar ampliamente a Ansitz Steinbock.

Kohlern

21/08/2025: The staff at Gastof Kohlern made us feel like we were the only guests on site. They were a attentive, kind, and truly built a relationship from the moment we checked in. The views from the property are unmatched. You can see the entire Bolzano city and valleys beyond. Looking at the mountainside with vineyards and villages from our balcony was like looking at a painting! Incredibly peaceful after a day of hiking. You will not get this view from Ortisei or Brixen, I can guarantee that! From the coursed dinners, to the thoughtful interiors, to the relaxing treatment from Nadine, this hotel checked all the boxes. The owners of this hotel are present and put so much care to your experience. They went above and beyond. Thank you Natalie, Josef and our new friends in the Dolomites!
19/08/2025: We discovered this inn through "My Local, Your Local." Since we're currently on vacation in South Tyrol, we didn't want to miss the opportunity to visit. The food was delicious and the service very attentive and friendly. We would give it 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️.
