Adduma In Taormina

Excellent resturant experience: food, service, atmosphere all great. On site meat fridge to let you see the choices of meat and cut you desire. We started with amberjack cerviche and beef carpaccio with truffle. The carpaccio was hands down the winner. Next The truffle egg pasta and shrimp spaghetti were also tasty. Portions are not huge but flavor is there. We also had the grilled Florentine steak with the Italian dry aged t bone (think it was 120 euro per kg with min order of 1 kg) to share between three of us and it was huge and delicious. The steak came with 4 sauces and 2 types of salt. All giving a different flavor profile. The steak also came with a hot stone if you want the meat to be cook a bit more (so recommend medium rare to start and adjust to your own liking after ). Tiramisu for dessert to finish the night off. We agree the meat dishes were better than the seafood. Worth a go with you crave good quality meat.

Great service. We ordered a tuna salad, zucchini tart, and picanha steak. Everything was delicious. The only downside was the dessert, a "cheesecake" that was actually made with cream. If you like cream, great, otherwise you're better off ordering something else.

We stumbled upon this restaurant last minute. Food was amazing. We sat outside, waiter was great, bar menu was great, food was wonderful. Highly recommend

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An excellent restaurant in Taormina for lovers of fine flavors! Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive without being intrusive. Special mention for their attentiveness and thoughtfulness: as I have a spice intolerance, they spontaneously offered me a selection of suitable sauces, without me even having to ask. A rare and much appreciated gesture! We had a delightful and warm experience, which we highly recommend.

The place promises a variation on Italian fare and it somewhat delivers. On this occassion they said they were unable to make any of their signature cocktails. So we ordered from the standard cocktails list and all was well. The alfresco area was not very comfortable for us as we struggled to read the menu in the dim lighting. The service levels were good with friendly smiles and adequate atentiveness. Coming to the food, we ordered some appetizers and two mains and they were all good but nothing exceptional. Their pork belly was a bit too dry but the salmon steak was nice. All in all a good experience.

Excellent restaurant, we ordered steaks, just pay attention to the degree of doneness of the steak. Very meticulous and proper service. Highly recommended.

The portions were a lot larger than expected which almost took away from the enjoyment of the food. The fajita starter was very tasty. Two different steaks were ordered but both medium rare- one was correct and the other was more medium to well-done and fairly chewy- bit disappointing. Service was very attentive. We were given a large candyfloss for free at the end.

Primarily a steak restaurant, they also have excellent seafood.
