A pleasant discovery in the center of Savona. A pizzeria offering gluten-free dough (+€1.50) of excellent quality (not dry or hard, but soft and tasty). I had dinner with my celiac girlfriend, and we were amazed by the celiac-friendly preparation. The staff paid great attention to the preparation (separate ingredients and separate toppings) and the cooking (in an empty oven with a baking tray). Excellent ingredients and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. PS. The dough isn't made in-house, but rather a frozen base, but it's truly excellent, one of the best I've ever had.

The pizza is good, even whole wheat. The staff is friendly and quick. Takeout or not, it's worth a try.
