We came to this restaurant for pizza, and it was excellent. Thin, light dough, excellent quality toppings. It's also quite large; we finished it because the dough is very light, but it could be a bit overwhelming.
Excellent value. Pizza with prosciutto and a medium Panache beer cost €19.
The only downside is the chaos; on Sunday night, it was packed, and voices echoed a bit, making it difficult to talk.

It's been a while since I've been to this restaurant, and I've noticed some positive changes. The atmosphere is still the same, and the tables are a bit too close together. The service has improved; the staff is young, friendly, and knowledgeable. The quality and presentation of the food have also improved. A good selection of both meat and fish, and the pizza is excellent. Prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're in line with, if not slightly less than, local fare.

The cuisine is truly excellent and of the highest quality. The staff is very knowledgeable: special thanks to Giuseppe, an attentive and professional waiter. The wine list is also noteworthy, expertly curated by Mattia, who suggests excellent pairings. A truly positive experience.
