Acqua e Farina In Civitavecchia

14/12/2024: Erano anni che non venivo qui, la gestione è cambiata. Ho mangiato un ottimo soute di cozze, spaghetti alle vongole degni di nota e lo stesso posso dire dei piatti presi da mio marito. Il servizio è perfetto, non do il massimo per due motivi: il menù è imbarazzante (investite qualche soldo e fatelo stampare) e la mancanza del decaffeinato. Piccole cose che fanno la differenza.

20/11/2024: After many years of knowing this restaurant "by sight", today I decide to come for dinner with my partner. Bearing in mind that we are professionals (he is the restaurant manager and I am the waitress), we were pleasantly surprised. As soon as you arrive you immerse yourself in a rustic but elegant environment, friendly but without intrusiveness. We started with a seafood appetizer, perfect in quantity. Then he had a margherita and I had a scampi risotto (an apotheosis). Perfect value for money for us. Happy to have come to eat here Just a little constructive criticism... pay more attention 😉 to the mise en place, and I'm not talking about the different forks, in fact the setting of the place settings was very nice Compliments I'm sorry I didn't take photos, but when the food is good everything fades into the background I will return with great pleasure
