True Neapolitan Pizza in the heel of Italy. Perfect and well leavened dough, therefore very digestible. Well assorted menu. The layout of the terrace on Tricase is very original. Impeccable service for kindness, speed and willingness to advise. Really good and very nice owner.

Finally after 6 years we managed to eat a good pizza in Salento! By now I had given up on it, excellent dough not at all heavy, nice crust with nice gluten mesh and good cooking, a good pizza eaten on the terrace in a nice comfortable environment, I only made a mistake in taking the broccoli which in July one might already expect not to be they may be fresh, but my mistake is there! The pizza chef clearly knows what he's doing, and he's also created a nice menu! Well done, it's worth traveling from the holiday resorts to Tricase to eat a nice pizza! We will definitely have another taste before returning home... Highly recommended

Everything was excellent, now it's our weekly date and I can't eat pizza anywhere anymore. Fast service and friendly staff. The terrace has recently opened which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. The negative reviews leave us rather perplexed given that we have been frequenting this place for 2 years and have never had any problems.
