This is my first time at a pizzeria where they make Neapolitan pizza, and I find the dough to be not rubbery. The ingredients are fresh and of excellent quality. The dough is light and truly delicious. A little less pleasing, for my taste, is the decor, which feels like a trattoria and clashes with the very modern counter. The lady who served us was very helpful and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent pizza, of all the Neapolitan ones I've tasted, this one is definitely the best. I had the one with buffalo mozzarella and basil, delicious.

I've been there several times, it's very good! Their pizzas never disappoint. The terrace isn't always available, but when it's available, it has a really nice atmosphere. The setting is simple but beautiful.

Authentic Neapolitan pizzeria, the waiters are extremely kind and friendly, the food is truly excellent, and the wait is short even when all the tables are occupied. I've been there several times and it's never disappointed. The place is very beautiful and welcoming, both inside and out on the terrace. I highly recommend it!

22/12/2025: We discovered this place by chance, where time seems to have stood still. The atmosphere is refined, with a roaring fireplace warming the atmosphere. We enjoyed an excellent grilled meat and a platter of top-quality cured meats. We'll be happy to return. Recommended!
13/12/2025: A mini museum with a restaurant inside. A beautiful restaurant, very clean, carefully decorated, and filled with many beautiful objects. When I entered, the two fireplaces were off. I didn't dare disturb them, but then the owner and the girl in the dining room (I don't know their names) took care of lighting them. We enjoyed excellent typical Salento cuisine; the broad beans with chicory were delicious, as were the fresh pasta and the mixed grill. Thank you for the service and the bill. It respects the quality of the products. The only question I didn't dare ask: Why is there no wine list, but everything is reduced to: Reds, Whites, and Rosés, when the Cantina Bella is full of beautiful and interesting bottles.

Salento Ristorante Pizzeria

28/10/2025: EXCELLENT. I attended a confirmation on Sunday and had warned them about my son's celiac condition, and I have to say they exceeded all expectations. The pasta was a little slow to cook for a child, but that's a matter of taste. The rest of the food was excellent, the fried food was delicious, and they were very careful about cross-contamination.
23/10/2025: Excellent family restaurant, very welcoming, with traditional cuisine, pizza, chips, pasta, etc. Very good, excellent value for money - you can come here with your eyes closed!
