Finally also in Tricase I tried the real Neapolitan or Campania pizza. In addition to the excellent taste, smell, consistency etc.. the low price (in the north I pay 6.50 euros for a Neapolitan margherita smaller than the Verace one, here it is bigger and only 5 euros) the real Neapolitan one doesn't give me digestion problems even if I eat a whole one in the evening. Almost all other pizzas give me digestion problems, I get a stone in my stomach and I even sleep badly at times, the Neapolitan one wherever I eat it in Italy I digest it well, and this one from Verace is one of those good and light Neapolitan ones. Well done.
I ate a pizza at Pizzeria A' Verace and was extremely satisfied. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional and each pizza is prepared with care and skill. The edge is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the variety of toppings offers something for every taste.
The service was impeccable.
