I don't like writing reviews, but this one is well deserved.
This was the second time we ate at this excellent restaurant, and I was pleased to see that my memory hadn't deceived me.
The food is truly delicious, and the place is truly charming.
The raw ham was delicious, but the most amazing thing was the citrus risotto with shrimp carpaccio, which was truly unique. The only shame was that my partner ordered it.
The wine list is interesting, especially the Elio Perrone wines.
Highly recommended!

I return to this place regularly and each time I leave satisfied, already thinking about how I'll be surprised next time. Diego is a true talent in my opinion; his dishes are never banal and delight the taste buds. Wherever you open a restaurant, I'll join you. Bravo!

A pleasant surprise: a simple location, perfectly suited to the rural setting, but excellent food with sophisticated flavors. The citrus risotto with shrimp carpaccio was delicious, and the lavender panna cotta with honey was a real treat. Recommended!

We ate at this little restaurant at the tables along the street on a slightly rainy summer evening. It was definitely worth it: delicious, original dishes, top-quality ingredients, and a truly fair value. Highly recommended; make a reservation if necessary; don't do what we did!

Dinner for two, a light rainy evening. The appetizer for two was excellent: tagliolini with sea urchin, garlic and oil. The snails were delicious. And to finish, the desserts were top-notch! And the bitters were super-top-notch! We repeated them the next evening.

Posto piccolino ma abbiamo mangiato bene è stata una sorpresa! Abbiamo preso i tortelli ripieni di tartare di gamberi il piatto più buono), antipasto misto (buonissime le acciughe ripiene fritte), poi la zuppetta di paranza e il fritto di paranza (molto buono e non unto). Per completare abbiamo preso due dolci una mousse allo yogurt e una rivisitazione della torta pera e cioccolato.. ci ritorneremo e lo consiglio!
