March 1st is my birthday (57, alas), to celebrate we decided to celebrate with my husband at A Tartana, an unforgettable experience. The name A Tartana is absolutely wrong, it should be called LA DIVINA FARINATA - All of Italy is enclosed in this dish - colour, flavour, crunchiness and sweetness. A GOODNESS!!!!! Don't believe my words...... come and try Mrs. A.Roth and Mr. L.Plesant

Simple environment, simple service too but it's perfect as it is, delicious farinata and the rest is excellent too We were in this small place in the Christmas holidays of 2024 and I must say that when I returned to Turin, I can't find anywhere such good farinata, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.
