A' ro' Squerc In Perdifumo

I went a few evenings ago with a group of friends to eat a pizza in this place in the center of Perdifumo. Let me start by saying that I am from the province of Naples where, as is known, people are very demanding when it comes to pizzas. Well, what was my surprise when, thanks to a local friend, I stumbled upon this place where this typical product from our area reaches levels of excellence for the softness and lightness of the dough and the quality of the materials used, mozzarella , provola and exquisite oil. In addition to this, the list includes a variety of pizzas I have never encountered, not even in the most famous pizzerias in my city. All topped off with a very cool location in this period of suffocating heat and appreciable courtesy from the staff. Very honest prices today not always justified, not to mention speculative.

Centro storico di Perdifumo, puoi mangiare dentro e fuori , locale accogliente , camerieri gentili e veloci , locale pulito . Fritti e birre molto buone Pizze una meraviglia

Buona Pizzeria, utilizzo di prodotti per il condimento veramente eccellenti. Manca un pò di equilibrio tra pizza e quantità dei condimenti (talvolta eccessiva) e da migliorare la cottura che risulta un pò eccessiva

We went as a couple to eat two exceptional pizzas on Saturday evening 27 April. Excellent dough, light, soft, cooked and the excellent, quality filling, I liked them a lot. Very fast and efficient service despite being on a Saturday, we will be back
