This highly recommended grill restaurant is located in the heart of Rotonda. The service is truly excellent, punctual, and incredibly fast. We never had to wait, and we were literally pampered by the top-notch staff, both in the dining room and on the grill, as well as in the kitchen. A solid food and wine menu, featuring carefully sourced local products, is available on the menu. The ricotta ravioli with porcini mushrooms and blueberries are delicious, the spaghetti with crusco is very flavorful, and the maccheroncini with eggplant cream is delicious. The meat dishes are highly recommended, especially the sliced ​​steak with porcini mushrooms and sausage—a must-try! Those who know how to grill know their stuff. The desserts are truly a sin, especially the ricotta and pear tart, a real treat. We will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

The place was very welcoming and clean. Mariateresa was very kind and helpful, recommending excellent dishes prepared by a talented chef. The desserts were exceptional; the warm fig and walnut cake accompanied by wonderful local honey was a real treat. Highly recommended. We'll be back in the spring.

Amazing place, excellent food quality

Found by chance while planning a last-minute trip, it was a delightful surprise. We arrived by bicycle and were greeted warmly and offered to store our bikes in a courtyard during our stop. Entering the dining room, you have the pleasant feeling of having come to the right place. The brazier at the back of the room immediately makes you want to try the roast meat, expertly prepared and sliced ​​by the grill master. The menu of traditional dishes will leave you spoiled for choice. We started with an appetizer of local cured meats accompanied by crusco peppers, crostini with local cheese, pears, and honey. For our first course, we chose tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, made with fresh pasta of a perfect consistency and cooking. Divine! Then, a Florentine steak expertly prepared on the grill with a side of baked potatoes. The wait staff was punctual and ready to answer our every request. Both the dining room and the bathrooms were very clean and well-kept. We will definitely return!
