While strolling through the historic streets of Naples, we discovered this cozy, colorful, and super clean little place. It serves authentic wallet-style pizzas, not only pizzas but also fried ones, as per tradition. They're delicious, light as clouds, super digestible, and above all, bursting with flavor. While strolling around Naples, I stopped here for a pizza al portafoglio: a choice that turned out to be absolutely right! The pizza is truly delicious, with a perfect crust. You only have to wait 10 minutes after ordering, and your hot pizza will be ready to eat. The only flaw, if you can call it that, is the location: in a very busy and somewhat chaotic area, but at the same time very convenient to get to. Highly recommended ⭐

The fritta had a lot of ingredients, but everything got a bit mixed up and the dough started to dissolve. The staff is helpful and friendly, which is a plus.

Naples is the city where pizza originated, so there are countless pizzerias and takeout places, but it seems like there has been an increase in pizza fritta (fried pizza) places recently. I've had fried pizza from takeout places run by famous restaurants before, but this was my first time getting takeout from anywhere else. This time, I ordered the fried pizza with pork chicory, a dish commonly eaten in Naples, and it was delicious, and at around 5-6 euros, it was a great deal! I've found another favorite place!
