A 'Pestun'A' In Genova

First time trying Genoaese baked goods, liked the farinata the most, very crunchy. But we tried all and all were tasty, a bit salty and oily but I don't mind, made it even tastier. Yum yum 😋

Typical Genoese restaurant with local culinary delicacies, truly exceptional focaccia, and with the kindness and family warmth that make you feel really good. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for an authentic place, without frills, where you can breathe Genoese spirit, this is the place for you. Essential service, there are no tricks or superfluous accessories, the only protagonist is the focaccia, in different variations. Separate mention for the farinata and for a "special" that I didn't try and regretted it bitterly, the "meatloaf". Focaccia base and a lot of stuff on top, the details of which I don't remember, except that it looked very very inviting. Behind the counter, pure authenticity, friendly and approachable owners, we would like more places like this. I ate there on 2 different days, among the dozen focacceries I tried in Genoa and the surrounding area, this is the one that satisfied me the most. Enjoying it on the little beach in Boccadasse is the best.

A place stuck in time, very friendly and expansive owners. Here we ate the best focaccia and Farinata during our weekend in Genoa and then a stone's throw away the sea with the famous colored houses. We will be back!

We decided to try their focaccia after hearing great things about it. You have to be patient and wait in line for a while, the place is really small and didn't seem very clean. The lady behind the counter, who had to manage everything alone, was very in a hurry and not very courteous to customers. We took the classic focaccia and it was really good, ok quality-price ratio. Too bad the place is not at all well looked after.
