Truly a wonderful little place! We only came in for a drink, but we saw those incredibly tempting homemade desserts and decided to treat ourselves to a fig and almond jam tart! PURE SPECTACULAR.

Cinzia and her family are truly kind and welcoming. This beautiful, flower-filled, meticulously maintained café is one of the most authentic dining options in Caserta Vecchia. I tried two delicious homemade tarts, one with figs and almonds and the other with plum jam and walnuts. The coffee, Caffè Passalacqua, is excellent, rich, and fragrant. Cinzia is the person to get to know ♥️: sweet, attentive to her customers' needs, helpful, and very professional. You'll feel right at home.

Panini caldi, pane molto buono, farciti senza parsimonia con prosciutto e scamorza, gestione famigliare in un locale che non stona, come invece tanti altri nel borgo medievale. Per dessert una fetta di crostata, io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto tra alcuni gusti prugne e noci, a giudizio di entrambi la migliore crostata mai assaggiata.
