Excellent dinner before a night hike on Monte Pellecchia. Pino delighted us with typical Sabina dishes and was kind and full of stories about the local cuisine and mountains. Very well prepared food and absolutely unique location. The great friendliness of everyone made us feel at home. Definitely recommended

Very pleasant lunch with my mother 'A Corte' at Pino and Augusta's. Very comfortable environment, the managers immediately capture you with their strong passion and rare simplicity at the same time. We ate really well: bruschettas; Fucking Sabines; grilled meat with kebabs, coriander sausages, pork and veal chops; broccoli; panna cotta with berries and chocolate flan; water and house red wine (good!). All good and with old-fashioned flavors that we will remember with pleasure. Thanks to Pino for the advice on the products of the area and the time he gave us, a warm greeting and see you soon..
