The chef is not only incredibly skilled in the kitchen, but also a very friendly, welcoming, and passionate person: you can clearly sense the love he puts into every dish! The food? Simply delicious. Super-fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and meticulously presented. Every course was a discovery, from appetizer to dessert. A place where you eat truly well and feel right at home. This place definitely deserves a spot on the podium of the best restaurants I've ever tried. It seems absurd that it gets a 5 out of 5 rating for all categories, but it's the truth. Excellent food, divinely cooked, paired with amazing wine, all local, with a warm welcome and hospitality from another era. The pleasure of truly feeling at home with friends in great company. When you book, Chef Angelo asks you what you'd like to eat, what you'd like to drink, what you don't like, and what you're allergic to and/or intolerant to. He also asks about your budget... In short, from the first moment, you know you can trust him. Upon arrival at "Casa dello Chef," you're greeted by loving and attentive people. His team is his family. His restaurant is his home. And his guests sense all of this. The dishes are carefully balanced and never predictable. The taste and flavors are tangible. Thank you for making my birthday special and for all of you being wonderful people. Don't hesitate or hesitate in booking. You'll leave your heart there... and your taste buds will thank you. Oh... ENCHANTED! A truly unique experience, exquisite quality in an incredibly original setting: the chef's home, and a beautiful home at that. Unique, indescribable dishes, gourmet pairings presented with extreme simplicity in a welcoming, family atmosphere. Definitely worth it!

A super friendly welcome, where we could choose a regional wine, continued. The great atmosphere continued. The restaurant has a family atmosphere, you feel very comfortable and welcome, and the staff do a fantastic job! The food was excellent. We were able to choose between fish and meat when we made our reservation, and the chef went out that morning to buy fresh produce. The menu was accordingly unfamiliar; we were given about four small starters, two first courses, and a second course, followed by two desserts and a coffee upon request. Every single dish was made with regional produce and was incredibly delicious, and the portions were perfectly balanced—not too much, not too little. All in all, it's highly recommended!

Il menù è un vero viaggio tra sapori raffinati e ben equilibrati, con materie prime di altissima qualità, sia che si scelga il percorso di carne che quello di pesce. Ogni piatto è curato nei minimi particolari, tanto nel gusto quanto nella presentazione: un’armonia perfetta tra estetica e sapore.

Ottima cucina dello chef Angelo, persona affabile e gentile . Ci ha ospitato nella sua locanda come se fossimo a casa sua. Materie prime di qualità cucinate con maestria , un mix di tradizione e innovazione. È stata una bella scoperta , ci ritorneremo.
