Chosen almost at random, it was a pleasant surprise, both for the originality of the dishes (typical recipes of the restaurant) and for the kindness of the staff and the warm and comfortable atmosphere.

A wonderful experience. The pork shank was delicious, recommended directly by the friendly Mr. Giorgio. It was truly exquisite, melting in your mouth. It paired perfectly with a glass of 2023 Treviso Merlot red wine. I'd say it was a truly divine dinner! I recommend making a reservation.

In my first review, I gave it a 1: they literally made fun of us. The menu was spoken (it's annoying because you don't remember things and it bothers you to have them repeat it 30 times, so you end up ordering what you remember, and above all, you don't know how much you're paying). We asked for an appetizer to share, a first course to share, and a second course each, and they brought us 2 appetizers, 2 first courses, and 2 second courses. A liter of house wine, 2 waters. The bill was €140!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete madness. It deserves a complaint! I'm sorry because the place itself is unique, but I don't think I've ever felt more taken for granted!
BUT I'M CHANGELING MY REVIEW because we didn't say anything at the time of payment because we had to leave very quickly for other reasons. The next day, however, we called the restaurant and they apologized, saying it was a mistake.
We'll be back tonight to fix it. Everyone makes mistakes but few fix them, so I'm happy to change my score ♥️. Just be careful how much they charge you 😉

A truly characteristic restaurant, excellent food....watch out for the prices, since there is no menu, you risk being ripped off.

A very authentic atmosphere, full of bottles and pieces of history. We ate divinely, according to Mr. Giorgio. It's certainly expensive, but it's worth it if you want to try recipes as they once were.

Excellent! The restaurant owner is a talking menu... friendly and clearly passionate about his work. The food is delicious. I had the quaglia eggs with truffles and they were subliminal. For my main course, I had the guancia di maiale (a type of meat with a touch of mayonnaise) and the meat was spectacular, as were the delicious vegetables. The waitress's service was impeccable, and the place is very pretty and cozy.

Aside from the famous AMAZING snails, Giorgio and his talking menu (which can be listened to in various languages if necessary) and the entire staff further enhance the experience provided by the excellent food.
