But what really impressed me was their Fettuccine alla Bolognese. The pasta is perfectly al dente, and the sauce is rich, deep-flavored and prepared with love, a true testament to tradition. One of the biggest advantages of La Zagara is their terrace, which is in natural shade. On hot summer days in Positano, this is invaluable. You can enjoy your meal without worrying about the sun, surrounded by pleasant greenery. Although you may have to wait a little for a seat, especially in season, this is actually a good sign – it shows how popular and appreciated the restaurant is. Patience pays off! All in all, La Zagara offers a combination of excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful natural shade, making it an ideal choice for lunch or dinner in Positano.
