A charming location, friendly and professional staff, and excellent, tasty food. Among the ingredients, among other things, was a very sweet prosciutto crudo.

I've known this place for quite some time, and every time I return, I always find the same quality and attention from dear Pasquale and his family. I always came to 9 Gradienti for their sandwiches, but this time I decided to have a t-bone, and I must say that Pasquale really knows his stuff when it comes to meat. Another positive aspect is the garden, which is always pleasant to dine in and chat outdoors during these times. Recommended 👍🏼
