Four stars for the environment but only because it's a bit complicated to reach for those coming from Rome, and for parking if you don't know the place.....and the little square where the outside tables are, although beautiful, is open to traffic 😬😬

Very pleasant, excellent pizza (both by the slice and round on the plate), different from the Roman and Neapolitan ones (I would say much closer to a pinsa) absolutely worth visiting... and eating! Excellent digestibility! Very small and informal place.

The almond croissant is one of a kind. Everything too good. Congratulations. The small incident along the way has not affected your quality and professionalism in the slightest

07/06/2025: Nice little place with very high culinary quality, zero km products chosen with care and love... too bad it's closed today even though the page says open!! I'm really sorry because I've been wanting to eat there for a long time. I've been coming here for years and I really wanted to.
