Silvio, his wife, and daughter win over the crowd in a matter of seconds, after which the well-oiled relay race gets underway and the deal is done. Care and sensitivity (Gaza Cola among the drinks) don't go unnoticed here, where business is business and there's no excuse for a sloppy jockey. Bravo!

It was amazing. I ordered tripe, pear ravioli, and cheesecake for 50 euros. The waiter was very fond of Japanese people. I tried to order lasagna, which originated in Florence, but he insisted that it was boring and recommended pear ravioli. I ended up choosing the latter. The pear ravioli was absolutely delicious. I don't think you can find it anywhere else in Italy. The flavors of the pear and the cheese sauce were perfectly balanced. I ordered tiramisu for dessert, but he insisted I change it to their delicious cheesecake, insisting I have it. (The order on the receipt still said tiramisu, but the price remained the same.) The cheesecake had a very good, not-too-overpowering ricotta flavor. I visited in late December, but the outdoor terrace seating was too cold and long. I actually wanted to go to the main branch nearby, "4," but it was booked. Cinque was also excellent.

I had dinner at this little restaurant in Piazza della Passera with my partner and was somewhat satisfied. We ordered two cecina, one plain and one with stracchino. It was good, but the stracchino was a bit cold. We followed it with a cabbage roll on rice, which I honestly wasn't thrilled with, and some chickpea croquettes with vegetables. Finally, we finished with two desserts. All this, accompanied by three glasses of wine and a still water, came to almost €100. Honestly, the place is very nice and the service was quite fast. What I wasn't entirely sold on was the main course, which cost €16 per dish without any meat or fish, so it had to be phenomenal to convince me, and it didn't. Overall, a positive experience, but I don't think I'll be back.
