The pizza is legit very very good. tasting menu with a large group was a bit chaotic and disorganized, but the owner of the restaurant made sure to make sure we were more than covered

14/07/2025: Matanzenu, a place almost unique in its style. We can find typical dishes unique in their preparation. Fast service, welcoming, down-to-earth like the owner, to spend an evening to have confirmation.
13/07/2025: Dinner on a Saturday evening in July. A welcoming atmosphere with spacious vaulted spaces typical of Salento and tastefully furnished. Professional and courteous staff. A smile is always present. Service is prompt. Menu: excellent fried appetizers; meter-long pizza with authentic and tasty ingredients, with a wide selection of pairings; roast meats, excellent. What more can I say? A highly recommended experience, followed by a stroll through an enchanting village.
