A truly excellent experience at 400 Gradi in Lecce! I started with a mixed fried appetizer, hot, crispy, and not at all heavy, truly delicious. Next up was a pizza with stuffed ricotta tips, simply spectacular: light dough, quality ingredients, and balanced flavors. The food is truly delicious, and the location is welcoming and well-maintained, perfect for both a quiet evening and a dinner with friends. A very positive note also goes to the staff: friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

They have created an entire industry. There are installations in front of the restaurant to direct guests, like in stadiums. The service is pretty bad. You don't know who you are ordering from and who will bring the orders. The restaurant itself is too noisy. Too many guests, and so many different ones, that you can hear both the loud crying of small children and the loud laughter of drunk guests... The pizza is good, but only for one visit. We didn't want to go for a second visit. There is a large selection and everyone can choose something, but it is realistically a bit confusing. The selection of appetizers and other things is correct. The price matches the experience.

I don't like the place's policy of not accepting reservations, I have to say that the pizza disappointed me a little: the toppings were balanced but unfortunately it was a flop in the center, soft and watery, with a crunchy edge.

29/11/2025: I went last night with friends, a pleasant surprise in front of the fireplace! A small, cozy, rustic place... Their gnocchi specialty is special! The horse meat pieces and the delicious homemade crème brulee were also excellent, and the service was friendly.
