400 Gradi In Lecce

The pizza was so good that, for the first time of my life, I had two pizzas for dinner.

This has become a regular stop in Lecce for pizza cravings. They have a huge variety of pizzas, and once you've finished, you don't feel heavy at all, even though they have some very unique pizzas. The service is incredibly fast (pizzas arrive in practically 10 minutes) and the staff is very friendly. The place and the bathrooms are very clean and beautiful.

The pizza is very good, and they also offer more specialized versions. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, including the courtyard outside. Unfortunately, we had a rather unattractive table at the very edge. A fan or generator next to it was constantly making noise. What I liked least was the service. Our waitress, not even the lady at the cash register, didn't even smile. As a result, we didn't really feel welcome. Otherwise, the service was very fast.

Excellent pizza, light and perfectly leavened. Top-quality ingredients. The only flaw is that the dessert is a bit small.

The best. Exceptional and unique pizzas. Light and easily digestible dough. Affordable prices.

I waited 20 minutes for a table but it deserved Best pizza I had, with some great appetizers. The waiter was a big guy, 10/10 great serving You must come here at least once if you come to Lecce I paid 60 euros for 2 pizzas, 1 appetizer with 3 bruschetti, one bottle of wine, water and soda

Rubbery and hard to swallow! What happened to my favorite pizzeria? What happened to that melt-in-your-mouth dough, the stringy and juicy mozzarella, the generous toppings... To be honest, I have to say that the pizza is still edible (medium-low), but it's light years away from what it used to be... and I'm attaching a photo of an old Instagram post of mine so you can appreciate the substantial difference. It seems like a different pizzeria... at this rate, you'll soon forget the line outside due to past memories of pizza. I would have been more than happy to pay €2-3 more for each pizza while maintaining the same quality as before, and judging by the line that's always been there, many would agree. I should also add that takeout pizzas have always come with a container with a freshness-preserving lining, but now not even that. (You can see from the corner of the photo: both pizzas are takeout.) Has the management changed? The fact is, I won't set foot there again, after having been there at least 30 times in the past, both in-restaurant dining and takeout. A total disappointment.
