They were helpful in recommending dishes and making sure everything was perfect during dinner. The cuisine, then, is the real flagship of the Locanda York. I tried an appetizer that combined flavors and textures in a sublime way, a simply delicious fresh pasta first course and a dessert that closed the evening in a perfect way.
