A truly unique experience! Refined dishes, a refined and understated setting, private and pleasant; excellent service, the perfect blend of professional detachment and presence, with that touch of confidence and friendliness that helps you feel at ease. The quality of the dishes is excellent, truly delicious... the octopus with nduja cream is fabulous, phenomenal... the octopus was cooked to perfection, but in truth, everything exceeded expectations! Recommended, highly recommended, highly recommended!

Just back from a 3-week stay in Puglia and Rome. A top reason we travel is for eating great food, and 3 Rane was the ABSOLUTE standout restaurant of our entire trip. The food was excellent, creative, and beautifully presented. Prices were incredibly reasonable for the high quality of ingredients and the level of technique. The intimate size of the restaurant and the host/owner(?) provides a level of personal service that made for a perfect evening. It is a "not to be missed" restaurant in Lecce—do not hesitate to make a reservation here. Grazie Mille for an unforgettable experience.

Excellent restaurant, elegant dishes with quality ingredients, carefully combined, very warm and welcoming atmosphere.

We were there on a Monday evening for the tasting menu and it was a wonderful experience. Besides us, there was only one other table with guests, so it was a very pleasant atmosphere, not loud at all and easy to have a conversation or focus on the food. It felt almost similar to coming to eat at a friends house. We had the 8 course menu, each dish introducing new flavors, including fresh raw fish and meat, all presented in a very appealing way. Although each of the portions was small, towards the last dishes we were actually quite full. Next time, I would make sure not to eat as much for lunch or go for the 6 course menu. The service was excellent, everything felt perfectly timed. When we were done with a dish, we had about 5 minutes to rest and then the next one arrived. Overall, we were there for about 2.5 hours which passed very quickly. The waiter was friendly, respectful, introducing each dish in English, and not trying to sell anything else than what we had chosen. The price was more than fair for such an experience, considering the amount of preparation that goes into all of these dishes, especially when there is such a small number of guests.

A very well-kept place. Form and substance are key. Excellent dishes served in a competent yet familiar and informal manner. Pleasant atmosphere with very few seats. One of a kind.

We've been wanting to try this fantastic little place for a while. The atmosphere is small and elegant, very relaxing, allowing you to fully savor each dish, expertly prepared by the chef and served with attention and excellence by the waiter. Everything, from the entrée to the dessert, was excellent. Truly, congratulations! 👏

Food, service, atmosphere. A small, beautiful library gave away this restaurant as soon as we entered. It was a wonderful evening.

Expensive but excellent. Outside the old town, therefore off the marked trails for muscular tourists with their index fingers on their phones.

Absolutely fabulous experience start to finish, 4 course tasting menu chefs choice, service impeccable,food outstanding.

The best meal we have had in Puglia so far. Super cute place, great service and the food (especially the pasta with rabbit!!) was amazing. 10/10.
