They couldn’t have been more welcoming even though we arrived at the late end of the “lunch hour”. The food was amazing and the staff was awesome. Highly recommend!

Small but charming restaurant just outside the walls of the historic center. We spent a wonderful evening, with excellent food (we recommend the raw sea bream and the octopus). We were served by a very kind boy who was able to advise us both in the choice of food and wine. The room is intimate and every detail is very well taken care of. We also had the opportunity to meet the friendly chef who greeted us before leaving. The dinner ended with an excellent chocolate dessert, a free limoncello of the house and many tips for visiting the city and the surroundings. Highly recommended

Great care taken to serve delicious and varied cuisine. Friendly, personal service. English spoken. Five minutes walk from the old town, escaping the crowds. Good value.

3 Rane Ristoro is a true hidden gem in the heart of Lecce. With only six tables, it offers an intimate and carefully curated dining experience that feels both personal and authentic. The cuisine, crafted by chef Maurizio Raselli, draws inspiration from his Piedmontese roots while incorporating refined French techniques and a touch of Salento’s local flavor. The menu is small and seasonal, but every dish is thoughtfully prepared—standouts include their homemade pappardelle with rabbit ragù, rich in flavor and texture. The wine list is equally special, focusing on natural, organic, and biodynamic wines from small producers, perfectly paired to complement the dishes. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, with warm, attentive service that enhances the overall experience.

The food and service were excellent and we loved the music as well. We visited with our teenage girls and basically wanted just a quick bite in the evening. We were warmly welcomed even though this seemed more of a tasting menu restaurant. We ordered just one course and desserts and everything was delicious. I would love to come back and try more dishes. Thanks for a nice evening.

Unfortunately the quality of food just wasn’t there. We tried the 6 course menu, the sea bass with beetroot was good, risotto was way too salty and even though I couldn’t even finish 1/3 of the dish, I wasn’t asked if the dish was okay. Cod dish was overcooked, and the porcini sauce didn’t complement the fish. My partner and I stayed in Lecce for a month, and we had much better food for more than half the price. There are many other restaurants I would recommend over this, best to avoid.

High quality restaurant, excellent food, I recommend the tagliatelle with white foal ragù. Prices normal.

E’ esattamente la definizione nella degustazione dei piatti,mai banali,sempre ricercati nelle combinazioni,spesso superlativi. Vi è conoscenza degli ingredienti,passione nella cucina .Locale con pochi tavoli ,esperienza da fare e da ripetere !

Entre los restaurantes seleccionado de Lecce teníamos este magnifico restaurante, Se trata de un pequeño restaurante que han convertido en un magnifico laboratorio de ideas de comida artesana. Magnifica cocina, magnifico local y perfecto trato profesional. Muy recomendable.
