Excellent food, fresh and carefully prepared fish. Friendly and professional service. Quiet atmosphere.

We booked a dinner for two through The Fork and had a great time. We really appreciated the welcome prosecco and the basket of bread and focaccia. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, paired with an exceptional Gewurztraminer. The service was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

The place is nice and well-maintained, except for the bathroom, which in my opinion could use some work. The food is excellent; we ordered some off-menu dishes, which were well-prepared but a bit pricey (€24 per dish). For starters, we had a seafood stew (especially rich in mussels), and for main courses, grouper medallions with porcini mushrooms and shrimp. The ingredients are certainly very fresh and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service was very slow, not for the main courses, but for desserts and coffee. In fact, we waited so long for desserts, and we had to ask for coffee a second time.

When I return to Genoa, this will be my go-to restaurant. Personally, I was deeply satisfied with everything, for example...the professionalism, courtesy, and speed of the two waiters, Simone and Bledi. We felt truly pampered and understood. The owner is particularly kind and affable, truly down-to-earth, and always makes you feel welcome. The cuisine and dishes served were all exquisite in flavor and preparation. Very pleasant restaurant, very friendly staff, excellent service. Delicious seafood dishes, excellent raw fish, all the dishes were delicious, including the shrimp gnocchi with bisque and pesto, lobster ravioli, and baked fish with a pistachio crust. A pleasant evening. We will definitely be back.

The food was delicious, especially the pork fillet in beer with creamed potatoes, tender and flavorful: absolutely recommended! We ordered: Mussels marinara, fresh and well-cooked. Gnocchi with shrimp, bisque, and drops of pesto, balanced and very tasty. Taglierini with squid ink, Pachino tomatoes, and swordfish, flavorful and beautifully presented. Pork fillet in beer with creamed potatoes, the dish that impressed us the most for its quality and delicacy. The staff was very courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere was well-kept, clean, and pleasant. An experience definitely worth repeating.
