I had dinner in this place with a friend and I must say that the panuozzo was really very good, the staff were very polite and attentive, the waiting times were perhaps a little long but otherwise nothing to say. Recommended for lovers of good food and a stop not to be missed and as far as I'm concerned I will definitely return to dine in this place.

Just had half a Dublin: meatballs with provola sauce and parmesan. A real goodness. Excellent to try the others too.

Everything perfect, Panuozzo very good, the only thing I liked "less" is that since it is already a small place (but done very well) a bit of background music would help to loosen up the atmosphere a bit especially when it happens that there are few of us inside. Very little is needed, otherwise you eat very well and the portions are generous, see you next time!

10/12/2024: If you like tripe "in all its sauces" (this time also literally speaking!), then you really have to visit him! O'Russ is a welcoming, super spartan trattoria/tripperia, a simple place where you can indulge in ancient flavors and above all get advice and trust. Precise and always available service, generous portions and low prices. I recommend the tripe with potatoes, a delightful discovery!
