Siamo andati a pranzo con mia moglie e devo dire ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il locale è piuttosto elegante, ben arredato, confortevole. Si potrebbero migliorare un paio di cose a costo zero (a cominciare dalla tristissima musica di sottofondo e continuando con le tovagliette di plastica) ma nel complesso molto bene. Personale molto gentile e competente, servizio rilassato e per nulla affettato, molto bene anche qui. Cantina ben fornita, sommelier competente (i vini in abbinamento che ci sono stati serviti erano ottimi) . Ma veniamo alla cosa più importante, la cucina. Abbiamo mangiato bene, cucina creativa (senza inutili esagerazioni), materie prime di grande qualità. Si vede che in "sala-macchine" sanno il fatto loro. Conto: abbiamo speso 65€ a testa per un antipasto condiviso, due secondi due dolci e due calici di vino. Verrebbe da dire un po' altino, ma se si tiene in conto tutto, in particolare la qualità delle materie prime e si valuta quindi il rapporto qualità/prezzo più che il prezzo in sé, direi nel complesso accettabile (cambiate però quelle tovagliette plasticose che oltre ad essere orribili su quei bellissimi tavoli di vetro, sono davvero anti igieniche). In sostanza è stata una bella sorpresa, un'ottima cucina in un ambiente confortevole con un servizio di alto livello; conto non adatto ad ogni tipo di tasca (ma è chiaro che la qualità si paga).

Dopo un anno, sono tornato al Ristorante 20 Tre di Genova ed è stato un piacere ritrovare l’altissima qualità che lo contraddistingue. I piatti erano semplicemente super, con un menù che dimostra creatività e attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio è impeccabile, grazie a un team attento e professionale. La titolare è simpatica e disponibile, sempre pronta a fare sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Un plauso speciale va al sommelier, preparato e appassionato, e agli chef che hanno realizzato un menù fantastico anche per una persona vegana, che ne è rimasta felicissima. Un plauso allo Spaghettone risottato al cuppin con pesci di scoglio e ai Krapfen , mamma mia che bontà! Come sempre, bravi e attenti. Questo ristorante si conferma una garanzia di qualità e accoglienza. Non vedo l’ora di tornarci!

Nice place in a very central location a stone's throw from Piazza de Ferrari. Courteous staff with young and knowledgeable guys, food presented very well but taste/preparations that did not leave us fully satisfied: in particular the lobster risotto completely lacked creaming and the bisque was really not very tasty, amberjack carpaccio too "botched" and pork belly skewer which was a little dry - very good spaghetti Given the significant total cost (justified by the high quality of the ingredients) we would have expected something more in terms of taste profile

We went to this restaurant some time ago, the place is beautiful and different from the usual modern restaurant, the cuisine is refined enough, the pesto is truly exceptional. The choice of wines and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff are truly remarkable!
