We walked in from the street, a bit intimidated by the Michelin recommendation and the fact that we were dressed casually. And then our adventure with the restaurant began. The service was absolutely exceptional – elegant yet relaxed, full of humor, and deeply passionate about food, wine, and the joy of gastronomy. A truly unforgettable experience. You simply have to come and try it.

Excellent, in every way. What bread and breadsticks, folks...and the dishes were interesting, delicious, and presented with great refinement. The atmosphere is modern yet tastefully decorated. The staff is friendly and informal, adding a touch of freshness, yet with style and courtesy. Service may not be the fastest on a Saturday night, but it's enough to nitpick and continually improve. Go there now!

I can easily say that it is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. Atmosphere was nice and calm, service was excellent and the food was to die for. If you are In Genova you have to try it for sure.

Great service (the team speaks at least English, French Italian) with tasty food and amazing consistency. I’d definitely recommend their tuna tartar with celery, it was super crunchy and a pleasure to eat.

Siamo tornati in questo ristorante e, anche stavolta, siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Abbiamo assaggiato un piatto davvero straordinario, sia nell’idea che nella realizzazione: si chiama "Da Shibuya al 20Tre". Non vi svelerò di cosa si tratta… ma vi garantisco che resterete a bocca aperta, sia per l’originalità che per la bontà! Abbiamo poi provato uno spaghettone fuori menù cacio e pepe con tartare di gambero viola: semplicemente favoloso. Il tutto accompagnato da una buona bottiglia di vino, un dessert delizioso e, come sempre, un servizio impeccabile. Prezzo assolutamente corretto, considerando l’elevata qualità delle materie prime, la professionalità, l’attenzione al cliente… e anche un tocco di simpatia che non guasta mai! Consigliatissimo. 👏

Ristorante a due minuti da piazza De Ferrari. Location formale ed intima, sala molto bella, con arredamento minimal e particolare. Possibilità di scelta tra menù alla carta oppure degustazione, con piatti che variano da gusti delicati a quelli più decisi, materia prima ottima, complimenti a tutta la cucina. Carta dei vini di qualità. Servizio cordiale, menzione d’onore a Giampiero, sommelier di Sala, che ci ha accompagnato per tutta la cena in maniera impeccabile. Persona preparata e competente in materia. Spiegazione super dei piatti serviti e del vino in accompagnamento. Una scoperta molto piacevole a Genova, torneremo sicuramente. 5 stelle più che meritatate.
