Centro commerciale Roma est Posto bellissimo, prodotti americani e donuts buonissimi. personale giovane e super gentile. Soprattutto il ragazzo tatuato che ci ha servito. Ve lo consiglio.

I tried a mango smoothie but mine was served half frozen. Ummhhmm... not what I expected. Probably they are made with frozen pulp and frozen fruit juice... and if this is the case, it is far different from just-sliced mixed/pressed fresh fruit.

Great place especially for the helpful and friendly staff! Emma and Elena (red rose and jasmine) are really good, I'll go back to find my flowers.

Best coffee place in Bologna, highly reccomended!!! Also, I lost my wallet in another branch of the cafe and they helped me so much to take it back. Excellent customer service and delicious coffee!

I decided to stop in this bar for a coffee break. I have to say in all sincerity that the coffee is really bad. €1.30 and I also had to drink it in paper form since they don't have cups. But I have to say something in favor of the staff. Elena and Katia proved to be truly kind and available to satisfy the customer's every need. And not just with me, there were really a lot of people and they knew how to manage the situation with great professional and organizational experience. The environment is kept very clean (considering the huge amount of people who frequent the place every day). It's a shame about the coffee because it's the only flaw in what would otherwise have been a perfect coffee break.

I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee at this place, I would dare to say that it is even better than Starbucks!
