The prices compared to other manufacturers are similar, as is the quality. There are certainly fewer people and therefore the possibility of having a drink and being able to sit down is high. The only flaw I have to point out is that after ordering my drink, I was asked if I wanted cream, and I accepted but I was not informed of the surcharge of the latter of 1 euro (I think), which I then found on the receipt. To be fair, you should always give notice. Otherwise the drink was average, nothing special.

The guy at the service is a rocket. Top!

Fantastic environment and impeccable service, I was served by the guy with the piercing and black hair, really nice and he prepared the best cookies and cream ever!

I've been going to this place for years now, I'm a regular customer and I've rarely been disappointed by the food or the service. I don't usually leave negative reviews because I work in the sector myself and therefore don't expect perfection, I understand that it's demanding, but the hygienic conditions of this place are truly unseemly. The bathroom is uncommentable, regardless of the time it is always in indecent conditions which confirms to me that it is not washed. On top of that, the tables are never cleaned between customers and are always dirty. In general the place is dilapidated to say the least. It's sad because it's an excellent alternative (in my opinion better) to Starbucks and the guys are always very kind and smiling.

Edit: The service was very friendly and the atmosphere pleasant and warm enough. I had two cappuccinos, two each of sprinkled and chocolate donuts. By all reasonable measurements, these are fine donuts, but they were just missing that light freshness that would take them to five stars. Grazie, yeehaw, and happy baking (:
