1000 Coffee & Bakery In Venezia

Just stopped here to grab an afternoon Cappuccino, was pleased to see that they had non-dairy milk options to pick from. By far the most reasonably priced coffee I had in Venice. It was also one of the better coffees I had in my time here. Vibes were nice, sitting right in front of a canal / square.

The espresso and tiramisu were absolutely delicious. The espresso was only €1.40, and the tiramisu was €5, which was generous and delicious. It wasn't the tiramisu you'd find at a large suburban cafe in Korea; it had a truly rich custard flavor. And I sipped my espresso and drank it all before I knew it. I think it would suit Korean palates as well. I ate at the bar inside the restaurant, and there was no separate seat charge.

The premises are unfortunately very run-down, and pigeons are milling about outside.

Unfortunately, the cappuccino is only warm, not hot, but the paninis are fantastic. I think the waitress (the lady) isn't keen on tourists. I can almost understand that—there are so many of them!—but I still find it a shame to be first ignored and then yelled at when I don't know how things work in the store and I'm standing in the wrong place to order.

Fantastic tiramisu. Delicious pizza. Very attentive service, not getting irritated when tourists don't understand everything :) If we return to Venice, we'll definitely be back!

Both in the morning and later in the day, the baked goods (cornetto/pizza) are freshly prepared; you can taste the difference compared to other cafes and pizza joints. I found it best early in the morning (7:00-7:30) when the chocolate cornetto is still warm (a poem), you're still (almost) alone, and you get a nice seat. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, fast service and the tiramisu is excellent!!!

Food is decent. We had the pistachio croissant and the chocolate donut. The waitress is a bit rude and doesn’t help much. Views are ok. Nothing pretty to see in the morning.
