We had the pleasure of eating at this osteria, and what can I say? We were truly delighted. We ordered a platter of charcuterie and cheeses for four, which were simply top-notch, five carbonaras, which took us on an amazing culinary journey, and to finish, two portions of delicious tiramisu. All for a very reasonable price of €35 per person, considering the trattoria's location in the center of Rome and the simply top-notch quality of the dishes, all strictly zero-mile. Last but not least, I'd like to give a round of applause and a thousand compliments to Florin, the waiter. We had the pleasure of working with him. He immediately put us at ease and demonstrated a skill and kindness that is rare in this industry anymore. He offered us tons of advice for the day and provided us with moments of lighthearted relaxation between courses, without being intrusive and with a thousand smiles and kindness that, I repeat, YOU NO LONGER FIND IN THIS INDUSTRY ANYMORE.
