Very good trofie al pesto. It was not on the menu but I asked and they made it for me.
On weekend it seems it’s more of a brunch place. Staff were very nice. They have tables both inside and outside. I chose the latter and it was very nice to eat on the piazza.

A great find for its kindness, friendliness, service, and cuisine. A great place to visit, and one that continues to be a regular fixture every time we go, bringing friends who, in turn, return. Isn't that a guarantee?

In my experience in Genoa, this is the best brunch. I've been several times and it's always good. The food, the service, and the location in San Matteo are exceptional. The stars are 4 and not 5 because, in my opinion, the prices are excessive.

Una rivisitazione moderna, originale e soprattutto di qualità delle minestre di verdura.
Prezzo congruo rispetto alla qualità, locale piacevole, servizio veloce ed efficiente.
Uno pensa, perchè mai dovrei andare a mangiare una zuppa.... me la posso fare a casa; dopo averla assaggiata si scopre invece che non è così.

Posizione comodissima vicino alla piazza centrale della città, ambiente gradevole stile vintage. Molto buone le zuppe, dense e gustose, ma soprattutto con una vasta scelta, meno scelta per i secondi piatti, provato il tortino di polpo comunque buono. Unica pecca il servizio, soprattutto perché la cameriera non sapeva rispondere alle domande sui piatti.
