I don't like touristy places—I consider myself a traveler. I found this place in a travel guide, and the recommendation was spot on! A small but authentic place; good and original food—even for me, a vegetarian (but the selection is broader, more complete, and more varied). The strong point, besides the service, which deserved a generous tip (smiling, attentive, certainly not white-gloved, but sincere), is the truth—of the place, of the people... Thank you, from the bottom of my heart (also for the lovely chat at the end)...

The atmosphere with the tables outside is cozy, the service good and friendly. The wait was average. The portions were quite small for the price.

Aperitif with light and delicious rocket tzatziki, a truly remarkable baked “omelette” with pasta alla Nerano. Adequate gin and tonic and fair price. Recommended.

This was by far the best food I had in Napoli, which says a lot since all the food I had in this city was good. I went back to Zazzu’s twice in less than a week. The food is so flavorful and tastes like comfort food. The owner is very kind and friendly. If you are in Napoli, I strongly recommend Zazzu Bistrot

27/06/2025: A gastronomic curiosity in a commercialized environment. Small - 8 tight tables - "eatery", where only a 3-person family works. The menu is spoken by the Lady, simple two-course. There is a choice of fish, meat and cheese. Served simply and "straight from the heart", like at mom's. The price includes water and wine (there is a choice - white or red). If someone is looking for something culinary sophisticated, this is not a good idea. If, on the other hand, someone is looking for simple. And tasty food right next to the kitchen - I highly recommend it.
22/06/2025: A dive into Neapolitan gastronomy, without frills but with a lot of substance. Donna Teresa as I told you, has gold, the gold of Naples. The daughter who serves at the tables is the one who manages the times, very helpful and kind. The father at the entrance offers a welcome. Absolutely to try.

29/06/2025: The best drinks hands down in Sorrento , the best service by Giovanni and Giuseppe, they were doing their thing at the bar and the drinks were coming out 10/10 . The place is a hidden speakeasy, that is a must see while visiting Sorrento.
