Best ramen in Rimini by far. You can taste the care and love in the food. They always add and change things in the menu which is nice. A gem in Rimini.

Yume Ramen is amazing: an idea that is a concept of life, not just a restaurant proposal. All around the Japanese style, the principles so far from our Western ones, the attention and kindness would be enough to enchant, then come the dishes that are exquisite, always surprising and original; so really at the top!!

As a ramen and authentic Japan enthusiast, I can say that this is the best I have tasted in Romagna. The broth has incredible depth, the meat melts in your mouth and every detail is taken care of with great attention. An experience to repeat.
