Overall, the experience was pleasant and positive. The ramen was balanced but not overpowering. Flavor is a very subjective assessment, but overall, the quality of the dish itself is excellent; it's not overpowering, and you can taste the care put into preparing each dish.
The only flaw is what could actually be a pro for many: if you're looking for a truly authentic atmosphere, the place is really large, but so small that there's very little seating. You bump into other diners as you move around, and you eat like one big family, all huddled together.
But this isn't a criticism, it's more of an observation.
The prices are fair (about €13 for the main course).

A small but well-maintained restaurant in the center of Rimini. You sit on small fold-out wooden cubes where you can store your belongings. The ramen is delicious, with generous portions and well-cooked food. You share a table with other people.

Absolutely one of my favourite places in Rimini. Dishes are super tasty and well balanced, prices are reasonable ane service at its best. Definitely a strong recommendation for those who from time to time want to taste sth different than traditional Italian meals.

Absolutely lovely and the waitress was really good in recommendations when I was in a dilemma on what to order. Soup wise was pleasant for the pallete and not too heavy despite it's look.
