In Lissone the sushi restaurants have definitely improved in recent times, major renovations, warm and welcoming environments and a remarkable quality of raw materials. There has also been a standardization of the menus with, I would say thank goodness, small, unique gems that each of them has. But Mulan has something that no one else has... the Owner. Lyia is hospitality, friendship, warmth. He loves his place and passes it on to customers by pampering them from entry to exit. The significantly changed menu has many dishes with harmonious flavor choices that are a delight. The most striking thing is the lightness of the rice, perfectly cooked and clearly fresh and therefore very digestible. A round of applause to the staff, especially Angela for her professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. A very pleasant evening to be relived as soon as possible. Thank you

Quiet and nice place. Fresh raw fish, I do not recommend the Ramen. I didn't like it.
