You Sushi Restaurant In Latina

The sushi was excellent, but when we ordered with the tablet, it appeared several times that the food had already been delivered when it hadn't. Some items arrived late (like 20 minutes later, so we'd already reordered), and some didn't arrive at all. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she looked at us like we were stupid and said that if it says it's delivered, it's delivered, unaware that while she was saying this, a colleague of hers was delivering items from the order that the tablet said had already arrived.

I really liked it. The place is beautiful, but there are some details that need attention. The waiters are quick and friendly, and the food is very good.

Located just minutes from the center of Latina, this is a true gem. A huge selection of hot and cold dishes, spectacular nigiri, super-fresh sashimi, and stunningly presented dishes. The atmosphere and excellent service round it all out. Some of the best sushi I've ever had!

This restaurant could be 5 stars but for now it's 4. I highly recommend making some small improvements that could make a difference. First of all, the things I appreciated most are the variety of the menu, many types of uramaki, gunkan, nigiri. This is not a given considering that in many sushi restaurants the menu with few items is limiting. The ramen was 5 stars. I have never tasted better ramen, so I recommend everyone to try the ramen. What I would improve, however, is the rice, perhaps the type of seasoning used was not suitable as it was slightly sweet on the palate, the cooking of the rice could be optimized and the fish should be fresher. Having said that, everything was really good but by fixing these small things it could easily be one of the best sushi not only in Latina but also in Rome. I would go back!!!

I had lunch at You and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The location is truly refined, quiet, and welcoming, perfect for those who want to enjoy sushi in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is all-you-can-eat, with no limits, unlike many other similar establishments, and this is a huge plus. The staff is young but very helpful and professional, always attentive to customer requests. As a sashimi lover, I can say this is one of the best I've ever had among all-you-can-eat restaurants in Latina. Fresh fish, precise cutting, and meticulous presentation on every dish. The only small negative is the shared restrooms for men and women; I would have preferred them to be separate, but other than that, the atmosphere remains pleasant and harmonious.

Exceptional atmosphere, a very well-kept and bright location. The fish seems very good to me; I'm not an expert on quality, but after trying various sushi, I have to say it's not bad, especially the salmon and tuna. The price was average; we paid about €30 each for the evening. If you're looking for parking, you can park either in front, or if you can't find one, there's a parking lot behind the medical school a few meters away.
