Great bar with a lively atmosphere. Sports shown also which draws a crowd when GAA matches on. Bar staff were attentive and friendly.

Absolutely mighty Irish pub in Sorrento, very friendly and mighty craic. Mario has a great knowledge of Ireland and the banter that is asoccated with each county, even has a bit of Irish. Mighty pint of Guinness each night, "pure cream".Bar always clean with a great atmosphere. It's a must if visiting Sorrento.

This is one of the best irish pubs I have visited while abroad. While in Sorrento we spent all our free time in Chaplins. The the lads behind the bar made our holiday 10 times better. We will be back

We went to Sorrento on the 10th June for 10 days to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We are never a fan of Irish pubs abroad but were willing to make a big exception for Chaplin's, it was fantastic, great staff, especially Paddy! But all of them were great 😃 the owner was so nice and welcoming and the atmosphere was amazing, this is a must when on holidays in this lovely part of Italy, keep up the good work 👍🏼

We didn't eat here. Had drinks and went back 3 times. Best bar, not just the Irish bar in Sorrento Staff, especially Paddy, was top class. Get in for drink and the CRAC

The best pub in Sorrento by a country mile. The staff are excellent and made us feel very welcome with little flourishes of Irish trivia and a little bit of Gaeilge. Their dedication to getting their Guinness to such a high standard is admirable. It’s so good and consistent! If you were served it in Dublin you would be happy. Fantastic pub.

18/07/2025: What can I say... a simply perfect experience! The pizza was exceptional in every way. The light and well-leavened dough, with just the right balance of crispiness and softness, was the first sign I was in for something special. Quick service, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere: everything contributed to making the evening perfect. A pizza this good deserves to be remembered and recommended. I'll definitely be back!
16/07/2025: We went back there because we loved it so much!! Recommended by our hotel, we were very surprised by this small, unassuming restaurant. A very friendly family business, with the chef who offered us zucchini croquettes! We ordered takeaway: delicious Sicilian pasta and Ischia pizza, which I highly recommend!! Generous portion for a more than affordable price. Go there with your eyes closed, you won't regret it.
