'Wow Sushi' in Marina di Gioiosa Jonica (formerly Siderno) is the only place to have an open kitchen (at least in the province of Reggio) and, therefore, you are sure that the dishes are freshly prepared. Congratulations to the chefs who, despite not being of Asian origin, manage to prepare sushi-style dishes at their best! The dining room staff was also very professional, attentive and welcoming! Congratulations to everyone and see you next time.

We had dinner in this place attracted by the curiosity that reading the menu and the advice given by a great friend instilled in us. The service, the availability of the property and the originality of the combinations of ingredients and tastes fully confirmed the initial impression, earning the maximum score attributable to a place where talking about sushi is marginal but more correct to say a real journey to the East and characteristic flavors of Calabrian cuisine! A further surprise in this journey of flavors was the tasting of the gin produced and created by the owner with refined ingredients suitable for enhancing the flavors of the dishes on the menu. Realities of this type are rarely discovered and when it happens it is really important to be able to point them out to anyone who wants to have an experience of such value.

Il sushi di Mauro è una garanzia da sempre: prodotti freschissimi, pesce abbattuto a regola d’arte, abbinamenti con un occhio alla location calabrese. La nuova location sul lungomare di Marina di Gioiosa Ionica è accogliente, fresca ed estiva. Una new: il loro gin, da provare negli aperisushi.
