Very nice place, private internal parking and wonderful welcome they welcomed us right into their home, they described the area and the important attractions during the Christmas market period giving excellent advice, large rooms also equipped with a small balcony, we will definitely return

An unforgettable week at "Mei Auszeit"! Super friendly staff, perfect service! Even when the dining room is full, you're served one course after the other quickly. The two ladies and the gentleman serving the food exude absolute calm. As a guest, you don't feel rushed, even when every table is occupied and there's obviously no time to "catch your breath" :-)... All three are extremely friendly and attentive, and even though they say thank you, please, and "you're welcome" a hundred times every day, and wish you a nice day, it never feels routine, but rather heartfelt. The breakfast offers the finest ingredients and leaves nothing to be desired, unless you absolutely need a bratwurst first thing in the morning, as is apparently the case in some hotels. The four-course dinner can't be topped. 5 stars for absolutely high-quality and perfectly prepared dishes, presented with attention to detail. The ladies who keep the rooms clean are busy bees, briskly buzzing through the hallways with enthusiasm and even finding time for a cheerful morning greeting to guests! It's rare to find so many great staff in one place. Not to mention the friendly manager, the representative Miriam, and the manager of the house, who have a kind word for every guest. You feel very welcome. The fresh 🍎 at the reception and the delicious welcome drink are the icing on the cake. We couldn't see or use the wellness area because of the nice weather. Where else can you find such dedicated hoteliers who, with so much hard work and dedication, celebrate this pleasant hospitality? This hotel stands out from the rest of the hotel world. A warm welcome and friendly staff everywhere. Everything is very well maintained. Large rooms with good bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Parking. Pool. Etc. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent. We and our friends felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had absolute peace and quiet and a fantastic view in the Jonas Suite! The saunas, garden, and food were also very good. Friendly and helpful, and the hotel's location is also very good. My husband liked the shower cap for the rain shower, slippers, and bathrobe. Pillows are very uncomfortable. We both really struggled with them. The massage therapist was okay, but there's a lot of room for improvement. Dimmed lighting and chill-out lounge music would have been much more pleasant at dinner than the radio. More fresh vegetables, herbs, poultry, and fish to choose from would also be very contemporary. Oh, our tablecloth had a pretty large hole. Unfortunately, it wasn't replaced.
