Classic mountain bar, rather modest but nice. A good place to stop if you are in the area on a motorbike. It's a shame about the attitude of the owner, who isn't very young, but even before entering he comes towards you in a rude way to ask what you want, as if you're going to be a nuisance.

We stayed in a camper for €8 a day. Quiet night with a beautiful landscape. We took the polenta to take away and it was very good and plentiful

Bello, bello, bello...baita in legno con al centro una calda stufa in maiolica e vista sulle Alpi...i proprietari sono molto cordiali e la cucina e' ottima...bisogna prenotare xche' e' piccino, ma ne vale la pena...👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Had lunch on Sunday after a pleasant snowshoe hike in the area. From the menu of the day, displayed by a kind lady, we chose a mixed platter with cold cuts and cheese, followed by polenta with melted cheese and egg! All very rich and tasty. House wine and good coffee. Helpful and kind staff. Very large and comfortable square. Ideal for a stopover!

25/08/2024: Excellent and large shop located where you don't expect it, bakery and eatables under the arcades on the left side as soon as you cross the gates of the Oropa sanctuary area, large clean bright spaces. Here you can find stuffed focaccias and not pizzas, bread and a fantastic apple strudel highly recommended, kind and helpful guys, nice delicatessen shop, very inviting and nice supplier, excellent products at the right price, a different souvenir to take home and enjoy in company
