Pinze are really good, the base is very light and crunchy, and the ingredients used to fill them are top-quality. They're a good value.

I won't dwell on the deliciousness of the marinara sbagliato with pesto, the cacio e pepe (they split the pan in two so I could try both), and the heavenly dessert with cocoa pizza dough and mascarpone (you could have dinner with dessert alone. I brought half home for my girls). Everything was homemade with top-quality ingredients. As a baking enthusiast, the owner and pizza chef of this wonderful family-run place also has great knowledge of flours and dough preparation times. I'll definitely be back!

We've only had takeout a couple of times so far. I have to admit, the pinsa is very filling and really good! I'll definitely have more opportunities to try it again...
