01/04/2024: I was there 1 week ago. Perfect place for those who want to spend a lively evening but at the same time calm from a safety point of view. Very friendly staff
31/03/2024: I put a three only for the place and the girl who made the cocktails, because you can't put a "0" for the food. I went there on Friday with some friends for dinner, with the €20 pasta no limits format, first of all you can't choose the pasta you just take what they give you. The food is very bland, instagrammable but you can see that they cook just for the sake of it. The pasta is saved with the cherry tomato sauce, the risotto was horrible, you could only taste the lemon, the appetizers... what can I say, the meatball I discovered later was made from aubergines because otherwise I would have thought of a bread meatball, stringy, there's no It's the alternative for those who don't eat meat. In summary, go there for after dinner. I highly recommend dinner.

07/11/2023: Ciampini is our most favorite lunch and dinner spot here in Prati, and we have been coming here consistently every week for more than 6 months since it epitomizes true Roman cuisine and casual ambiance, and at very reasonable prices. Since this is part of Ciampini Ristorante at the top of the Spanish Steps, the food quality is so very high, and not just a typical trattoria. Our favorite items are the Pasta Amatriciana, so perfectly prepared, Pasta Cabonara, Vitello Polpette (Veal meatballs that are so soft and are served in a fibrant tomato sauce, and their salads are also top-notch, especially the Primo Sale, spinach and arugula and pomegrante salad served in a very light honey dressing, and the Ciampini salad, with a wonderful homemade sweet mustard dressing. The service is also commendable, and their nice staff makes sure to put a cloth table covering when you arrive. I also love how they always serve bottled water cold, no need for ice at all, and that is coming from an Italian American! LOL. Complimenti Marco, we love your wonderful restaurant in Prati, and thankfully, it is a short walk from where we now live in Roma. This one is a Winner!!
