A true 10 star experience! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would without hesitation. The Hotel Romeo in Naples is simply extraordinary from every point of view. The service received was impeccable: from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the attention to every detail. The reception is always available, welcoming and ready to satisfy every need with a smile. Room service is quick, precise and impeccable. We also found true excellence in the catering, worthy of the best 5 stars, with carefully prepared, refined dishes and attentive and never intrusive service. One of the strong points was the availability of the staff: always present, discreet and incredibly caring, especially towards our child. At any time, we were offered exceptional support, from baby food service to babysitting service, of a truly high standard – professional, sweet and reliable. We also took advantage of the spa and massages, and it was a true paradise: elegant, relaxing environments and treatments that regenerate body and mind. The private car park is convenient and safe, a big plus in a city like Naples. In short, the Romeo is not just a hotel, it is a total luxury experience, where you feel pampered and at the center of attention at all times. We can't wait to return. Congratulations to all the staff: you really are beyond 5 stars!

I did not use the services of Hotel Romeo. During my stay in Naples, I lived nearby and one day, returning from the sea in the evening, I came across a beautifully lit exhibition of various plants in front of this modern facility. Very impressive cacti, bonsai trees, succulents, nolinas and other plants look beautiful both in the evening and during the day, constituting a wonderful showcase of the hotel.

I did not stay at this hotel. But it has an amazing exhibition of plants at its front. Well done.

We have the pleasure of spending every New Year's Eve at this magnificent hotel and it is perfect in every way, not a comma out of place. A treat the chestnuts near the fire, the banquet with sweets 24 hours a day and the mulled wine always present. But the added value of this hotel is the staff, extremely friendly and attentive, ready to solve every problem. We feel at home every time.

Bought a package with Spa and Dinner on the terrace. Beautiful experience. Two hours of unique relaxation in the Spa and an excellent and refined dinner. The only downfall of style is to charge separately for a bottle of mineral water which is not included in the package

Hotel was great. Enjoyed spa food and service. It has a Turkish feel to it. Great place to stay.

Unique experience in a wonderful hotel: modern design, tastefully decorated with art objects in a perfect location to walk and experience the city center of Naples, bar and restaurant on the top floors with pool-deck and stunning view on Vesuvius. We especially loved the breakfeast, which was offered Menu-style and was inspired by their Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse - a big difference to the regular buffet you normally get. I also need to point out the comfy beds with thick comfortable bedding! Staff is extremely and uniquely friendly and attentive - no matter who you talk to, you will always be greeted with a smile! The front desk team was also very helpful with helping to organize around our activities on a very short notice. It was a perfect stay for us as a family! (Time of travel: end of December, duration: 4 days)
