Very chic atmosphere and 5-star quality service

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the city center, the cruise port, and the ferry port for the Italian islands in southern Italy. The hotel rooms are a good size, and the room rates aren't cheap. The breakfast system requires you to sit down and order from the menu, which, in my opinion, is much better than the buffet. The food is delicious. I tried the room service and breakfast, and both were excellent. The hotel staff were courteous. I forgot a piece of clothing in one of the rooms, and the hotel team contacted me within less than two hours to inform me of its presence and how to retrieve it. Privacy isn't high in the room if there are two people in it, as the shower is made of glass and opens onto the room. The bathroom lights turn on and off automatically as people pass by, which can be annoying when you sleep, especially since the shower is made of glass and overlooks the room, especially since the lighting doesn't turn on immediately and takes time.

We had a fantastic stay at the Romeo, for one night, on our way from Napoli to Praiano (via Positano). It was booked on Hilton HHonors points, and I'm more than happy with the value for bed-and-breakfast. It's a great location if getting a ferry - only about a 5 minute walk. It's also a good location for exploring Napoli. The rooms are very modern - some reviews make that a negative, but we thought the tech and the design were outstanding, including the room layout. The top-floor pool was also great, and the bar-service while we had a few hours there was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding, one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while.

Excellent service food and hotel amazing

I expected something very different at that price level and rating. Room was very small and not functional however the biggest disappointment was breakfast. It was very slow and left major room for improvement. For example idea of intgral or whole grain bread was a sliced cold loaf bread. Location is next to port. Staff at reception were polite and helpful. My poor seevice rating refers to the restaurants at 9th and 10th floor. You must do something to match quality with the price.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast is a must, and use the spa and pool area. It will transform your stay. Also the service is spectacular

Unique experience! Location, staff, view, food, services ... everything as planned and that is 5 star luxury. If you are in Naples and want to be pampered, enjoy a beautiful view, eat well, relax (without having economic difficulties obviously 🤣), this place is for you, go there!

Had an incredible stay at the Romeo Hotel in Naples. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable with beautiful bathrooms and thoughtful touches throughout. The location is a bit urban, but fantastic for walking to the port for your cruise ship or ferry. We dined at their Michelin starred restaurant, every morning for breakfast and it was truly exceptional. The eggs Benedict with the thinnest crispiest bacon was outstanding and the espresso drinks were perfection. Dinner was also an unforgettable experience, with top tier service throughout. Chef Alan is a master. The spa, which is included with the stay, was another highlight. Beautifully designed and so relaxing. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. Cannot wait to come back.

We seriously can’t say enough good things about Romeo Napoli. We stayed here during the second leg of our Italy trip and completely fell in love with it. The service and attention to detail are on another level—it made it hard to leave the hotel each day! We took full advantage of the complimentary two hours in the spa every day and even booked body treatments that were hands down some of the best we’ve ever had. We loved grabbing drinks at the rooftop bar, ordering room service, and coming back to nightly turndown service. But the real standout? The Michelin-starred restaurant on the 9th floor overlooking the port. The views and the food were unforgettable. Everything you need is walkable from the hotel but if not the hotel we arrange anything you need.
