I hadn't been here for years, and we returned with friends on Saturday evening. I must say, the quality is always undeniable. The staff is friendly. The location is always beautiful and elegant.

The three stars for the food aren't for the pizza, which is good and light, but for the dessert. If I order a tiramisu and ask if it's with mascarpone, I expect that. Instead, it's just cream, a splash of ladyfingers, and two biscuits that didn't fit in the middle. The presentation is nice... but at that price, I would have liked to taste the mascarpone.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my graduation in this beautiful location. Everything was impeccable, from the welcome to the end of the event. Special thanks to Gianni, who accommodated my every request and recommended the best. A dinner filled with colors and delicate, delicious flavors. The dessert buffet was rich and unique. The service was impeccable. Finally, the DJ kept us entertained. I highly recommend it, whether for an event or for a dinner to try their delicacies at the restaurant or pizzeria. Really Good Pizza... I'm adding a star to the other 5 (this is the review I wrote 5 years ago). This evening, I'm so disappointed that I have to update it. I've been a customer of Palazzo Vialdo for many years and have always eaten well, so much so that I've always recommended it to friends and acquaintances. This evening, however, the disappointment was enormous and ruined my evening. When I got to the restaurant, I asked the waitress if it was possible to have a sausage and broccoli pizza. The waitress told us there were no problems, so we ordered a sausage and broccoli and a primavera pizza. Shortly after, the waitress came to the table and said it wasn't possible to have the sausage and broccoli pizza (I couldn't figure out why), so I had to change my order and order a Bufalina pizza. The pizzas were, as always, good and of excellent quality. After paying, we left, but once we got home, I looked at the receipt and saw that a €5 surcharge had been added for a cartwheel pizza. This really threw me for a loop. I'm Neapolitan and a huge pizza eater who eats everywhere, and I've NEVER EVER had to pay a surcharge. I should add that the waitress didn't tell me about the surcharge, and if there was a surcharge, I should have been able to order the sausage and broccoli rabe. Ruined evening. I will no longer be your customer. Have a good evening. I'm attaching the receipt for clarity.

Yesterday, November 3, I had lunch with my family. I have to say that Palazzo Vialdo is top notch. Maximum professionalism and courtesy. Top-quality products.

This place is a guarantee, and there's little more to say. Impeccable service, cleanliness, and the quality of the ingredients are their calling card. The pizza is spectacular; however, to satisfy my daughter's cravings during our last visit, we opted for spaghetti with lupini beans and fried shrimp and calamari. Everything was delicious, well prepared and presented, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

Terrible value for money I took a Swiss friend and her son to lunch at Palazzo Vialdo because I had a good memory of it, albeit a dated one. I thought I'd make a good impression, but beyond the aesthetics, I'd say she wasn't impressed. We ordered roasted peppers as an appetizer, but they only delivered pickled peppers, while the pasta frittata was sour. Her son ordered a cheeseburger, which we had to send back to be reheated because it arrived so cold that the cheddar was practically solid. His seafood fusilli had a hair on it, but it was fixed after just a couple of forkfuls. When we pointed this out, they offered us dessert as an apology, but we only accepted a coffee; she had lost her appetite. My tuna was not bad. €94 was a completely inadequate bill.

Welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and truly delicious dishes. Highly recommended.
