Excellent experience at this hotel! The staff are very friendly. A dream location right on the seafront. I recommend the rooms with a terrace which offer a magnificent view!

I stayed for one night never ever more dirty cold walls with mold smell dirty sheets the fridge with mold I'm sorry but the money is good!!!

The hotel is right across from the sea. The hotel has a small garden with a few tables and you can have a coffee. There is parking. I was there in the winter when there was a storm and it seemed to me that there was no beach near the hotel. The waves completely covered the shore, but I don't know how it is here in the summer. The rooms are of a very strange format. If anyone has been to private hotels in Crimea in the 2000s, this is about it. Our room only had room for a bed, and on the side there was a table and a refrigerator. But the room had a huge terrace with a deck chair and chairs, overlooking the sea. My friends had a terrace in the yard, but the toilet had no door. Perhaps the low ratings are due to the strange architecture. And also, the bed frame in our room creaked a lot, although the mattress was good. The room was warm. Overall - pleasant staff, clean; inexpensive and tasty menu, breakfast available. A taxi from the hotel to the SanRemo casino cost 18.90. You can walk to the station in 40-50 minutes.

Very nice hotel, well located, and pleasant staff. The only downside is that all the rooms with balconies shown in the photos are supposed to face the sea. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a balcony, but it had a large wall blocking it, so there was no sea view. Furthermore, there were no electrical outlets near the balcony, only a power strip next to the refrigerator. Apart from that, everything was great. The staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is very charming and well located, just a few minutes from the city center and right on the seafront.

We stayed one night. The room was modern, clean, small but cozy. I'm not giving it a 5 because of the bathroom door, which could be improved. The staff is charming, kind, and friendly. Breakfast could be improved; it's very cheap, but perhaps it would be better to spend a little more and have more choice. We used the restaurant and it was a positive experience. We were disappointed we couldn't stay longer, but we'll return if we have the opportunity.

Beautiful terrace with a sea view. That's why I chose it. The room is old, dirty, and absolutely overrated because it's in Sanremo. Not enough!

The location is perfect, facing the sea. The hotel is unique. I really liked the decor and the garden with its little spots for chilling out. Breakfast was simple and good; a cappuccino overlooking the sea, what more could you ask for? Despite the hotel's efforts, parking spaces are limited. Some minor renovations would need to be done, such as the folding door in the bathroom and the balcony door, which is difficult to open. Overall, it's very good value for money.
