We stayed for three nights at the end of February 2026, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The location is perfect; you can take a beautiful path to the city center, which is fantastic. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast is satisfying. The building, with its charming garden, is wonderful. Both the surroundings and the hotel itself are quiet and peaceful.
There is a parking area called Minigolf very close to the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive to every detail. I asked many questions via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. Everything was smooth and well organized.
I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you, Hotel Delle Rose!

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Delle Rose in Rapallo for more than 2 weeks. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian hotel this is the place! The building is an old, typical Ligurian home that has been converted into a small hotel. The rooms I stayed in were large with big windows, high ceiling and beautiful marble floors with updated bathrooms. I even had a room with a small balcony to sit on and enjoy some afternoon sun. The beds were comfortable and clean and the rooms were serviced everyday by friendly staff.
The breakfast that was included was great. You had everything that you’d want from an Italian breakfast plus some things for kids and fresh fruit. The coffee machine made a good espresso or cappuccino and a dozen other types of drinks. There is also tea and cookies available in the same room during the rest of the day.
The location is also ideal, just on the outer edge of Rapallo the centre is only about a 8 or 10 minute walk along via Aurelia or through the park across the street.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Enrico and his family were warm, kind and very happy to help if I ever needed anything.
I would highly recommend this charming and authentic hotel and would return next time I’m in the area.

I stayed at Hotel delle Rose from February 9th to 13th, and overall it was a very positive experience.
The first thing that strikes you is the welcome: the staff is truly kind, helpful, and always ready to help or offer advice. You can sense their genuine attention to their guests, and that makes all the difference.
The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. I've never had any problems with noise from other rooms. Being on a road, you can sometimes hear passing cars or ambulances, but that's obviously not due to the building.
The atmosphere is intimate and private, almost like feeling at home. The tea room is an added bonus: a pleasant space where you can socialize if you want. I met a couple traveling with their dog right there, and it was a very pleasant experience.
My room was spacious and very clean. Despite only having a skylight in the bedroom area and one in the bathroom, it was still well-lit during the day, and there was no need to turn on the lights.
The bathroom was perfect: spacious, tidy, with a large shower and the option of choosing between a hand shower and a spray from above, truly pleasant.
The only real improvement, for me, was the mattress, which was rather firm. Those with back problems might find it uncomfortable. Also, during the rain, the noise from the skylight is quite audible.
The breakfast is varied and well-stocked, with both sweet and savory options and a variety of drinks, including juices, water, and soy milk. Excellent choice and quality.
Please note that, being a historic villa, the property does not have an elevator or accessible facilities for those with mobility issues: there are several stairs, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The location is also not very central: the seafront and the main restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away.
I would recommend it especially to couples looking for a romantic getaway or those seeking a quiet and private stay. It's also suitable for families, but it's a small hotel (about 15 rooms) and has a very quiet atmosphere.
Overall, I'd give it 4.5 out of 5 stars.

A real gem!
The owners are lovely and welcoming, the room is large and beautiful, and the building is wonderful and charming (a 1908 villa with original and well-maintained capitals and mosaic floors).
Excellent location, delicious and plentiful breakfast!
If I could, I'd give it 50 stars!
...what more can I say?
We'll definitely be back!
Congratulations for everything; we really enjoyed our stay.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something small, special, family-run, and uncomplicated.
What I particularly liked:
The hotel was built in 1908.
The current owners bought it two years ago.
They run it with passion and dedication.
They are on-site and happy to provide information and assistance.
I liked room 6 because of its size and furnishings, including the bathroom.
The breakfast offers a wide selection.
It's close to the sea and Rapallo, just a 5-15 minute walk away.

This period villa retains the original features, except for the renovated bathrooms. High ceilings and a magnificent view. Breakfast was acceptable, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
