Good hotel, friendly and efficient staff, excellent breakfast

Beautiful establishment and well located. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the town center. The room is in its original condition (old-fashioned) but functional and very clean. The woodwork has been replaced, which is appreciated. We were on the garden side, so it was difficult to appreciate the soundproofing. The staff is very professional, attentive, and available. The breakfast is very good and offers a wide selection. A free automatic coffee machine for residents is available all day (which is appreciated). Parking is available about a ten-minute walk away. Having found a space a 2-minute walk from the hotel (visit at the end of October), I cannot give an opinion on the parking offered by the hotel. Very nice experience, we recommend this establishment.

It was a lovely and beautiful place! The only problem was parking. We stayed for two nights and had a balcony and air conditioning. ☺️

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights at the end of June. The hotel is very well-kept and clean, about 10 minutes from the center and the train station. It's therefore very convenient for getting around. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, with an excellent and plentiful breakfast. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, especially Emrico, who was very helpful and available for anything. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location! A great spot for walking to the beach, the old town, or the promenade. There are several routes there: along the water, through the park (open until 8 p.m.), or along the street. The hotel looks chic, but much of it is very old. The rooms are okay, with a small balcony, but the bathroom is a tiny storage room (as mentioned by others in previous reviews). The rooms are very noisy, and you wake up when other guests go to their rooms late in the evening or at night. The owner is super friendly and helpful, explains everything, and helps wherever he can! Top-notch! The breakfast, like many Italian locations, is very sweet, but it's a matter of taste. All in all, it was still a great stay!

We're Argentinian and stayed there for three nights. We're very happy with the hotel, its services, and everything it offers. The location is also fantastic, close to the center, shops, restaurants, beaches, etc. The breakfast is quite comprehensive. The staff is very friendly, especially Enrico and Claudia! I hope we return to Delle Rose soon.

An absolutely unique and authentic hotel – truly a real insider tip! The Hotel delle Rose in Rapallo captivated us from the very first moment. It feels like a small castle, with lots of charm and attention to detail. The rooms are decorated in a matching style – beautiful, authentic, and yet modern. Everything you could need was there: air conditioning, refrigerator, safe – and everything worked perfectly. We would particularly like to highlight the excellent housekeeping service: the rooms were cleaned very thoroughly and carefully every day. The staff was also consistently friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful – they were always there for us and immediately helped with any queries! The hotel's location is also excellent: It's only about a 10-minute walk to the center of Rapallo – so we could safely leave the car behind. The front rooms even have a balcony with a beautiful sea view – a real highlight! The parking issue was also handled brilliantly: We were able to rent two additional secure parking spaces nearby (just a 3-minute walk) – very convenient and stress-free. You can also rent a scooter through the hotel – a great way to explore the surrounding area! The breakfast buffet was fantastic: varied, well-stocked, and everything fresh – nothing was left to be desired! Overall, we were more than satisfied with our one-week stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!
