I tried the evening tasting menu, with the addition of wagyu. Excellent experience in general, the service is very attentive and fast, the open kitchen is a beautiful sight. I was satisfied with the exception of a couple of dishes, as I was expecting more contrast in flavours. In particular, I didn't really appreciate the grilled rice with duck, which was flat, nor the way the wagyu was cooked, which was difficult to chew. Everything else, however, is excellent.

An excellent culinary experience. The environment is elegant and refined, with attention to detail that is perceived right from the entrance. The service was impeccable: courteous, discreet and always present at the right time. The menu offers a generous selection of dishes that combines technical creativity and top quality ingredients. Each course is a small visual and gustatory masterpiece. The wine and sake list is extensive and well curated, with proposals perfectly paired with the dishes. An ideal restaurant for a special evening or for those who want to immerse themselves in a sensorial journey into the most authentic and sophisticated Japanese culture. The only positive thing is the excellent dishes, executed with great creativity. We opted for the tasting menu at 95 euros: the quantity was decidedly low, the price was not justified: we left hungry. Friendly but not very attentive service: at a certain point in the evening we were literally forgotten. Rather noisy environment. It is not an experience to be repeated and I do not recommend it.

Nice place, well furnished, clean and definitely suitable for special occasions or dinners for two. Possibility of tasting menu, ordering à la carte or even having a dinner with limited seats at the counter near the chef. We opted to order à la carte as the first time. Very well-prepared dishes, excellent or good, well presented, even if I don't like too many decorations. The portions are quite small but you can expect that from restaurants of this type. Service is not bad, but I don't think it should exist in places where nothing is served when you are seated. We were hungry and had to wait a while to be able to eat something from when we sat down. Cover charge five euros, crazy in my opinion considering the absence of entrée or anything else, ditto seven euros for the wakame seaweed. The dishes I preferred were the ravioli with cod and the panna cotta that was recommended to me by the waiter, out of this world. I would return, perhaps to do the tasting menu that is more convenient (with fewer dishes, à la carte we spent the same) or directly to dine near the chef. I would improve the welcome and the service in general, I did not feel too at home or pampered.

Prenoto per tre persone in questo locale, chiedendo appositamente un posto all’interno, visto che delle foto avevo notato che avevano anche una zona veranda e io avendo sempre freddo, volevo stare comoda e rilassata al caldo. Arriviamo dopo un viaggio di un’ora in una serata piovosa e molto fredda e il nostro tavolo era praticamente in veranda vicino alla porta. Chiedo di poterci spostare, ma dicono che non ci sono altri posti disponibili. Provo di lasciar correre perché ormai mi stavo già arrabbiando, ma non volevo rovinarmi la serata. La gente continuava a entrare quindi la porta era sempre aperta e chiusa, aperta e chiusa. A un certo punto il cameriere mi informa che non avevano più persone che dovevano riempire i tavoli e quindi potevo mettermi tranquilla! ma quando mai? La gente ha continuato a entrare ad uscire per tutta la serata, perché c’erano quelli che uscivano a fumare, quelli che avevano finito la cena e se ne andavano, quelli che arrivavano e che occupavano il tavolo, quelli che passavano a salutare amici che sapevano essere al ristorante. Insomma, per farla corta, io mi sono gelata tutta la sera e non mi sono goduta per niente il cibo. Il cibo nulla da dire, i cuochi sono molto bravi fanno abbinamenti validi e le materie prime sono fantastiche, però per oltre 300 € mi sono veramente rovinata la serata. Grazie di cuore!!
