The only positive thing is the excellent dishes, executed with great creativity.
We opted for the tasting menu at 95 euros: the quantity was decidedly low, the price was not justified: we left hungry.
Friendly but not very attentive service: at a certain point in the evening we were literally forgotten.
Rather noisy environment.
It is not an experience to be repeated and I do not recommend it.
Nice place, well furnished, clean and definitely suitable for special occasions or dinners for two. Possibility of tasting menu, ordering à la carte or even having a dinner with limited seats at the counter near the chef. We opted to order à la carte as the first time. Very well-prepared dishes, excellent or good, well presented, even if I don't like too many decorations. The portions are quite small but you can expect that from restaurants of this type. Service is not bad, but I don't think it should exist in places where nothing is served when you are seated. We were hungry and had to wait a while to be able to eat something from when we sat down. Cover charge five euros, crazy in my opinion considering the absence of entrée or anything else, ditto seven euros for the wakame seaweed. The dishes I preferred were the ravioli with cod and the panna cotta that was recommended to me by the waiter, out of this world. I would return, perhaps to do the tasting menu that is more convenient (with fewer dishes, à la carte we spent the same) or directly to dine near the chef. I would improve the welcome and the service in general, I did not feel too at home or pampered.

I have been to this fantastic restaurant over and over again, the location is very intimate and bright, in a central position in Cervia. The welcome is always very attentive, like all the service, the staff is very well trained, attentive to details and customer needs, quick and friendly. The food is a real gem, delicate but at the same time very refined and refined dishes, where you can see the attention to detail and the quality of the products. Once you try it you will love it. They have a large menu but with tempting proposals that satisfy various types of palates. I recommend booking in advance as despite the numerous seats it has, being very popular it is also often full. It has two types of service, in addition to the à la carte one, namely the tasting formula and the omakase one. As for the omakase formula that I had the pleasure of trying this week, it consists of 12 courses and takes place in a room with a dedicated waitress, with 6 seats available. Elena was our "background voice", she pampered us and presented and explained each dish created by the chef at the counter in front of us, enriching the experience with stories and gems relating to Japanese culture, the history of the dishes or their traditions. She was truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and professional. The dishes are taken care of in detail as you can clearly see from the photos, the colours, the arrangement, the plating, nothing is left to chance. The prices are in line with the quality of the product, so I can only warmly recommend you try it and give yourself this experience. We will definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

Highly trained guys, exaggeratedly good food and, with the tasting menu, varied.
Excellent timing also between the various courses, two hours flew by. Infinite wine list in terms of quantity and quality

My goodness, what an experience 😍
A remote oasis of quality and refinement in Romagna, I really think it is very rare here to find a Japanese restaurant with this absurd quality! The dishes are really refined to find top quality, such as the octopus skewer which was a small and sweet opening candy or those cuttlefish and cod ravioli which were perfection!
Uramaki with both more classic but also more complex and refined versions, they melted in your mouth, the fish seemed to have been caught 2 minutes before!
Highly recommended, they pampered us in every way! Fantastic waiters and the end? A mascarpone with matcha that's delicious!
The price was all there was to it, you certainly can't go there every week but it's really better to try an experience like this sooner or later!
